update ruoyi-admin/src/main/resources/templates/system/user/user.html. 

如过ID超过一定的位数，前台只能通过String处理ID，否则丢失精度。ID转换为Sring后，用户管理、角色管理的“更多操作”里面的功能由于没有对参数加引号，导致不正常。对于老项目转换新框架，或大型企业里面使用可能有此问题。
